We met Gavin while remodeling our home in 2015. We were impressed with his professionalism and responsiveness. From the get-go he and his team answered every call and took the time to help us understand all our options. We are the least tech savvy people but they never made us feel silly for not knowing something. They helped us choose the right system for our home without going out of budget. Our home building process was difficult to say the least but Gavin and Dusty stood out as exemplary and professional. To this day we’ve had a few service calls (just recently our plumber knocked a cord out of place in the mechanical room and we couldn’t figure that out on our own - see we really aren’t tech savvy!) Dusty took our call and was there the next day to fix it. He is the most friendly and remembers our kids and dogs names, as well as every intricate detail of our A/V system. How he remembers all the details of something he installed six years ago is beyond me but he’s a complete gem in a rough home building industry. I wholeheartedly recommend SaaviHome!

I spent so much money on new Sonos products that once connected, I couldn't get to work and I was ready to throw in the towel! Dusty at Saavi Home came within days to help fix our problem which not only required several complicated work-arounds I never could've figured out on my own, but Dusty also helped us fix our internet and networking issues while he was at it!
